SRAM Eagle Transmission 1987 Collection is Silver

SRAM was founded in 1987 with a single product – the Grip Shift shifter. This shifter was born from a desire to deliver a better ride experience by breaking conventional design and expanding the potential of cycling by inspiring all riders. Now, 38 years later the realization of Eagle Transmission is a harckoning back to the drive to innovate. SRAM is celebrating its birth year with the 1987 Collection, a completely new aesthetic offering with a $3,499 price tag…

This limited edition groupset features a unique combination of T-Type Ecosystem components in a new silver finish. The SRAM 1987 Eagle Transmission Collection celebrates 38 years of innovation. With a unique silver finish, this collection features a small SRAM logo and the number “1987” stylized in the handwriting of Stan Day, SRAM’s founder. The kit is exclusively available with silver XO 170 mm power meter cranks.

Produced in a limited run of just 1,987 groupsets worldwide—each one individually numbered, and with a finish you won’t find anywhere else. So whether you’re upgrading or assembling a once-in-a-lifetime build, this is a chance to experience Eagle Transmission in the most unique way. And when they’re gone, they’re gone.
