SHIMANO unveils a bold new assortment of enduro gravity shoes engineered for the most demanding riders and harshest conditions. Leading the charge is the new GE900HS (Hot Seat), a race-ready shoe built for gravity pros who demand maximum efficiency and control.

SHIMANO also delivers elite-level performance in a women-specific design with the GE900W, while the GE900GTX introduces all-weather protection without compromising on-bike control. White Industries Quietly Rolled Out 9-12 Speed 2X VBC Chainrings

White Industries just quietly rolled out its all-new updated VBC (Variable Bolt Circle) 2 x 12-speed chainrings. These made in Petaluma, California rings are compatible with Shimano and SRAM 9-12 speed 2x drivetrains and White Industries cranks. The brand has been working on this development for year and the newly-updated rings includes compatibility with Shimano 9-12 speed 105/Ultegra/GRX/Dura Ace and 10-12 speed SRAM Apex/Rival/Red, in either mechanical or electronic versions.

They retain the Variable Bolt Circle feature that allows up to five different size inner rings to be mounted on the same outer ring, with 33 possible gear combinations across the range. And as we always strive for when designing new products, they are backwards compatible with all White Industries MR30 series cranks and White Industries direct mount square taper cranks (due later this summer).

V2 VBC 2x inner rings, outer rings, and hardware are completely redesigned and feature revised outer chainring tooth and shift ramp geometry, five shift pins, a replaceable chain catch pin, and recessed inner chainring bolts. And now you can get them in black and silver, not to mention seven different colors of chainring nuts so you can really tie the room together.

Tumbleweed Bicycle Co Wagon Wheel Chainring Comes in Stainless and Alloy

Stainless steel is a remarkable material for chainrings. This is why Tumbleweed Bicycle Co, the makers of award-winning touring bikes, made its first-ever chainring out of the material. It’s designed for Shimano direct mount cranksets except for 12-speed Shimano HG+ chains. Tumbleweed chose this platform because the crank design is great for touring since preload is easily adjustable, and you can remove the cranks with just an Allen wrench and a small plastic preload cap tool, and the 24mm steel spindle is strong and stiff.

The Tumbleweed Wagon Wheel Chainring is available in both stainless ($110) or black alloy ($85) and in 32t sizing only right now.

Wolf Tooth (Finally) Has 28t SRAM T-Type and Shimano Direct Mount Chainrings

If you like riding at a spinny cadence, you probably rely on 28t chainrings for 1x drivetrains.
